Continuous improvement and respect for people are two Lean principles that are intertwined. When practiced they enable us to deliver value effectively to our customers, improving on our standards and driving innovation. During these times when our new normal is constantly changing, focusing on delivering value effectively can be challenging. Incorporating these principles through tools, behaviors and daily practices can help shift us from being reactive to the situation and instead being innovative to how we can meet the needs of our customers.

This webinar will:

  • Create a basic understanding of the Lean Principles
  • Identify behaviors and tools that support Respect for People and Continuous Improvement
  • Provide suggested daily practices that support the use of the tools and behaviors
