2019 Summer Hike

Thanks to those who joined Women in Healthcare for the third annual summer hike! We had WiH members and family members with us. We hiked Centennial Cone Park together. Wonderful day for a hike with old friends and some new friends!

Brooke Adair (pictured below) led stretches at the hike and speaking to us about focusing on self-care and work/life balance.

Brooke is a certified yoga instructor, scuba diver and Colorado native, Brooke loves connecting with the community and unplugging from her daily routine. After graduating from Colorado State University in 2012, Brooke jumped into healthcare where she worked for several startups in the Denver area. After six and a half years, Brooke made the move from healthcare to Workplace ELEMENTS where she is spearheading the growth of TURF, an acoustical ceiling solution which is made out of post-consumer recycled water bottles. Outside of work, you can find her at a hot yoga studio downtown, visiting local breweries with her husband and two pups, playing volleyball in the park, or curled up on the couch with a good book and a glass of wine.
